Ben didn't even realize he'd let slip that he had nightmares about Luke's. Such a thing was such a fact of life he simply thought it was common knowledge. At the very least, Poe and Rey understood isolation like Luke's was one of Ben's worst fears, and took it seriously - something he hadn't always had the luxury of.
